Scott Jelinek has perfected a unique way to invest in real estate. He calls it the "Slow Flip", where he acquires properties traditional banks won't finance, and he sells them with financing. This way both the property and the financing are part of the product. Scott has achieved financial independence through this method and is now teaching others how to do the same.
