Dan Haberkost got into Real Estate when he was 16 and hasn't looked back since. He is now investing in real estate deals across the country and is well on his way to financial independence, well before his 30th birthday.
Dan's story is as inspiring as it is simple.
- Started with a househack in Ohio. (lived in one half, rented out the other)
- Then did it again
- Then he moved to Colorado, bought a house, and rented out the basement as well.
- And the snowball has been rolling ever since
- Dan is now investing in land deals, new builds, and everything in between
